Live Event Information

Final submissions are due at 8:00 AM EST (hard deadline), and the Demo Fair will begin shortly after. You can find the submission form for the Demo Fair Submission here.

From 8:30 - 10:00 AM, we will have the Presentation / Demo Fair. All teams will be split up into 4 rooms, and each team will have a chance to present for 10 minutes with 2-3 minutes of questioning.

From 10:00 - 10:45 AM, the H2AI Team will tally the votes (from H2AI Team members and mentors' rankings) and release the top teams from each room who will advance to finals (announced at 10:45 AM).

Finalist teams have 30 minutes to finalize their projects and presentations, and the Finalist Team Submissions form is due 11:15 AM. You can find this form here.

Final Round will take place in Fisher Colloquium, where finalist teams will present to everyone. Each team will give a 10 minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of questioning by JUDGES ONLY. Only judges will score the Final Round through a rank-based system.

The Networking Hour is a new part of Sunday's event, which runs from 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM, where the first half will consist of finalist presentations, and the second half is an informal networking session. Mingle with other fellow participants, mentors, industry sponsors, and partnership organization representatives!

Judging deliberations for Grand Prize and category specific prizes will be from 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM in Conference Room 415, where judges will determine prizes for their respective category as well as the Grand Prize winner. Voting will be rank-based for all awards.

Awards Ceremony will take place from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During the ceremony, we will announce all prize winners, the Mentor Engagement Award winners, and the People’s Choice Award winners. We will also have our partnership organizations, Nucleate, and the Masters of Science in Health Systems Administration (MHSA) program.
