Maureen Robbins
Bio: Maureen Robbins brings over 34 years of expertise to her role as Senior Client Director at Cotality. She drives business growth by leveraging data insights into actionable business intelligence that fuels innovation, enhances decision-making, and delivers measurable ROI.
Inspired by the untimely passing of her father, Maureen has emerged as a dedicated patient advocate. Her work in the field includes three years with the Patient Safety Movement Foundation and her current, five-year tenure serving on the USA Patient Network Board. By combining her professional analytical rigor with a passion for reform, Maureen dedicates herself to helping families navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and championing safer patient outcomes.

Pranav Shah, M.D.
Bio: Dr. Pranav Shah, MD, MSEd is a hospitalist at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. Prior to joining MGUH in September 2025, he served as the Director of Education for MUSC’s Division of Hospital Medicine (2022–2025) while concurrently practicing at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. He previously held a clinical instructor appointment at the University of Pennsylvania (2019–2022). Dr. Shah completed a Master of Science in Education (Medical Education) at the University of Pennsylvania, an Internal Medicine Residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, and a Doctor of Medicine degree at Michigan State University.

Sudha Jayaraman, M.D.
Bio: Sudha Jayaraman, MD, MSc, FACS, serves as the Medical Director for Clinical Strategy and Research at Suki, one of the leading ambient AI companies in the United States. She is a practicing double-boarded surgeon and ICU physician with a background in public health and more than 15 years of experience in clinical care, health systems research, device and health tech and global health. She came to Suki from the University of Utah where she was a full Professor for 5 years and held the Clifford C. Snyder, MD Far Eastern Presidential Endowed Chair. Over the course of her career, Dr. Jayaraman has authored more than 110 scientific publications and book chapters, delivered over 200 lectures at international, national, and regional conferences, and mentored more than 80 individuals across all stages of training—spanning multiple professions, disciplines, institutions, and countries. She has been funded by the NIH for the last decade and has led a major NIH-funded, multi-country, cross-functional team that developed and implemented a novel digital health platform for emergency communication and coordination in East Africa. She also contributes to the World Health Organization’s standards on emergency medical services. Dr Jayaraman is deeply committed to transforming healthcare through technology.

Dr. Grace Hui Yang, Ph.D.
Bio: Dr. Grace Hui Yang is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Georgetown University, leading the InfoSense group. She earned her Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University in 2011. Her research focuses on deep reinforcement learning, interactive agents, search engines, and privacy-preserving information retrieval. She has led initiatives such as the TREC Dynamic Domain Tracks (2015–2017) and SIGIR workshops on privacy-preserving retrieval and deep reinforcement learning. Dr. Yang has served as associate editor for ACM TOIS and on committees for major conferences like SIGIR, ACL, and AAAI. She is a recipient of the NSF CAREER Award and co-authored Dynamic Information Retrieval Modeling (2016).

Jean "Kim" Kim, RN
Bio: Kim is a strategy and regulatory advisor at Oughta, specializing in mapping formation and regulatory approaches in healthcare. As a patient advocate and perioperative nurse, she brings expertise in engagement methodologies, clinical workflows, medical device prototyping, and healthcare commercialization.

Gultekin Gollu, Ph.D.
Bio: Dr. Gultekin Gollu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Management & Policy. His research examines the effects of health policies on labor markets, crime, and health outcomes, with a particular focus on social and economic disparities in the United States. He collaborates with healthcare organizations on data analytics initiatives to improve quality of care and advance patient outcomes. Dr. Gollu teaches courses in health data analytics and visualization, health economics, and health services research. He also serves as the Program Director for the Master’s in Health Systems Administration program, a top-quartile master’s program in health leadership that prepares future healthcare leaders to strengthen organizations, improve care delivery, and advance population health. In addition to his academic and administrative roles, Dr. Gollu is committed to promoting cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue, and sustainability through music and community engagement.
