Data & Safety:

All sensitive data must be handled in accordance with HIPAA.

Time Management:

Be punctual for the kickoff and demo sessions. Adhere to the time limits set for demos; exceeding your allocated time may lead to interruption in order to respect the schedule and everyone's commitment.

Space Utilization:

Utilize only the physical spaces designated for H2AI throughout the hackathon. Respect boundaries and avoid occupying unauthorized areas.

Team Spirit & Collaboration:

Encourage teamwork, share insights, and support peers. Embrace the collective genius and remember: together, we achieve more.

Positive Environment:

Maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere both online and in-person. Avoid harmful actions or language, and prioritize positive interactions.

Adherence & Reporting:

Respect the given guidelines. If there's a breach of conduct, alert the event organizers immediately.

Enjoy & Innovate:

Dive into the creative process, learn, build, and most importantly, relish the journey of the hackathon.
